Missile Launcher Load Tester

This test system is for load testing missile launchers. The test set-up consisted of a NI 6035 16-channel IO card, 64 channel multiplexer board, 8 channel Analogue output card and an opto-isolated digital IO card. Pressure regulators were used to control large pneumatic rams and load was measured via load cells. The test is controlled from information stored in an Access 97 database and the results stored in another Access database. Instructions are displayed using the web browser for each stage of the test.
