Security System ATE

A most complete application of the LCOD technique. Multiple pin to pin script driven ATE. The customer managed to modify the software with no LabVIEW experience. All the states of the ATE were modelled as a state machine and these states were driven from a configurable script file. A script editor was provided to enable simple test maintenance.
