Remote Support

In our experience most support calls involve a lot of travelling and a small amount of work. Usually a software change will take less than half an hour. With this in mind we now offer remote support using an UltraVNC based service. This will allow us to have temporary and secure remote access of your system, while you the user can watch and interact. As soon as the session is complete the user can disconnect us and there will be no further access to that machine.

This is the system used by IT support companies around the world and all it needs is an internet connection and the target computer.

So instead of paying travel expenses and waiting for us to arrive, support issues can often be resolved at the time of the call.
